Conversation with daughter, marine biologist wannabe Darcy Todd:
Randy: "So have you decided where you want to go to college when you graduate?"
Darcy: "I'm pretty sure I'll go to Texas A & M."
Randy: "Oh, okay, but you're going to start out at the College Station campus, right?"
Darcy: "I thought A & M had a campus in Corpus Christi?"
Randy: "Yes, but you can transfer to Corpus after you take your prereqs."
Darcy: "What are prereqs?"
Me: "You know, the classes that everyone has to take regardless of
their major. You can take your prereqs at College Station and then
transfer to Corpus when you start your upper level classes."
Darcy: "But if I start at Corpus I can go to the beach."
