Game On!

Six strikeouts in two innings of work, a fantastic defensive throw from third to first to get the runner out, and a solid smack to right field (which, regrettably, sailed straight into the fielder's glove through no effort on his part other than holding his arm up--hey, it happens) resulted in the gift of the game ball to Sawyer last night. But that's not even the best part. The best part is that my big boy took time out from his busy schedule to come and cheer on my little boy on the mound. I love my pitchers!
