Dinner is Served

This is what happens when the kids go too long without their father's influence--or maybe they act this way because of their father's influence! Anyway, Tyler was telling us all at dinner tonight about a time that he took a big drink of milk and someone made him laugh, and consequently he sprayed milk everywhere. In a completely unrelated event, as he was telling the story I thought to myself, "I think I'll go get my camera." How Tyler continued talking without noticing this big silver thing in front of my face I'll never know, but suffice it to say he's now sprayed milk everywhere TWICE!

Of course, once the camera was rolling he had to really ham it up.

Even though he looks mad in this picture, this was actually a "staged" photo what with the milk mustache and all; however, this is EXACTLY what Tyler looks like when he's trying to do my job by telling the girls what to do!

Tyler is trying so hard to be the "man of the house"; we were hurrying to finish so we could run to Wal-mart and then go get a special treat (ice cream at Breuster's), so Tyler was trying to coax Sawyer into picking up the pace (even though Sawyer is perfectly capable of feeding himself)!

Please just take one more bite!

Just hangin' out (instead of EATING!).

You want me to eat HOW many more bites?

Darcy is in a serious Tinkerbell phase right now--note the matching shirt and earrings. Poor Rani the Water Fairy got the old heave-ho.

Has Tyler taken his uncle Clark's tact of converting scripture to his own use? Remeber the story about him trying to get Brian to "eat up" so they could go out to play. His admontion to Brian was, "Brian, if a boy eat not, then neither shall he play".

Why is it that it's always milk in your mouth when someone makes you laugh? Or just water? I've had a few of those.

Milk spay - now there was some serious cleaning to do. (When it happens in a restaurant it's embarassing but at least you aren't the one mopping the floor, wall, etc.) At least Sawyer didn't try to emulate his brother. Peyton looks soooo cute as does Darcy. What brought on the Tinkerbell fascination?
